VIEW SPINNING CLASS SCHEDULES
Spinning
Spinning is a 45 to 60 minute non-impact cycling adventure. Our instructors coach a journey incorporating hills, climbs, jumps, and sprints. This group training experience encourages individuals to train at their own levels. Spinning strengthens and tones the body while developing mental strength and increasing aerobic capacity.
SpinCORE I (1 hour)
The combination of SPINNING and CORE training set into an efficient class setting helps to maximize your time in the gym. The accelerated cardio sessions and muscle building exercises help to provide a greater amount of variety to your training and help you gain an advantage on losing those extra pounds. This class provides an excellent addition to any current training program and can help you achieve your fitness goals in a shorter amount of time.
