Youth Training
Ultimate Form Fitness is proud to be one of Westerville and Delaware's premier facilities for youth-athlete performance training. Junior High and High Schools across the country have adopted strength training into their after-school programs to help their athletes excel in every sport.
At UFF, we are dedicated to help prepare your child for these programs and the increased competition by teaching them specific exercises to meet their goals, proper exercise form, exercise order, as well as safety and injury prevention in the weight room. You will expect to not only see gains in strength and size, but most importantly motivation and confidence.
We also offer Sports Performance Training, which will help your athlete improve speed and agility, quickness, reaction timing, vertical jump, and explosiveness on the court or field. Utilizing various repetitive drills, agility ladders, running parachutes, bungee cords, and the Vertimax Performance Trainer, we can improve your child's ability to perform in any and all sports.
All of our Youth Programs are available as one-on-one training or in a group setting (2+ athletes).
Our courteous and professional staff is here to provide each and every client with a fitness experience like no other. Our degreed and certified personal trainers and group instructors will personally guide you from the beginning of your fitness journey to the end.
Our staff has experience with clients just starting to make exercise a part of their life to those who have been exercising for years but need our knowledge and creativity for a more challenging exercise routine. Our number one priority is that each client is accelerating their fitness levels and reaching for individual goals; remember your fitness is your reward.

Group Fitness
WEIGHT RESISTANCE
This group fitness class is for anyone who wants to develop muscular strength and endurance. The simple, easy to follow workout challenges every major muscle group using a variety of resistance equipment. This is a total body workout that is designed for all fitness levels and will keep you coming back for more.
TOTAL BODY WORKOUT
This class focuses on upper and lower body strengthening and toning. It includes weight training, resistance work and total body conditioning. Body weight and core exercises are incorporated throughout. This class will meet all your fitness needs and all fitness levels are welcome.
MAT PILATES
Mat Pilates Classes teach a series of Pilates movements using specific poses to increase flexibility, strengthen core muscles with coordinated breathing. Initial assessment and consultation not required.
REFORMER PILATES
All Reformer Classes utilize the Allegro Reformer, as well as other pieces of equipment. These challenging workouts will improve posture; strengthen muscles while stimulating your mind. An initial assessment and private consultation are required prior to registering for a class.
MAT & BODY SCULPT
Are you looking for a Pilates & Resistance training combo? This is the class for you! Classes will warm-up with Mat Pilates movements followed by various resistance training exercises challenging your upper and lower body! At the end you will cool down with stretching.
INITIAL ASSESSMENT AND CONSULTATION
Includes two private sessions and first Reformer or Mat class. Enjoy the quiet and relaxing atmosphere while learning the principles of Pilates.
JUMP BOARD & MAT COMBO
New! This class is designed for the Pilates lover who wants a little more cardio in their workout. Each student will alternate between Mat Pilates movements and using the jump board on the reformer. The jump board is a fun prop that will strengthen the ankles, legs, and hip muscles.
TRX SUSPENSION TRAINER
TRX is an original bodyweight-based portable training tool that builds strength, balance, flexibility and core stability for all fitness levels. Great way to mix up your workouts!
SPINNING
Spinning is a 45 to 60 minute non-impact cycling adventure. Our instructors coach a journey incorporating hills, climbs, jumps, and sprints. This group training experience encourages individuals to train at their own levels. Spinning strengthens and tones the body while developing mental strength and increasing aerobic capacity.
SPINCORE I (1 HOUR)
The combination of SPINNING and CORE training set into an efficient class setting helps to maximize your time in the gym. The accelerated cardio sessions and muscle building exercises help to provide a greater amount of variety to your training and help you gain an advantage on losing those extra pounds. This class provides an excellent addition to any current training program and can help you achieve your fitness goals in a shorter amount of time.
